We do not allow pick-ups as we are an online store only, so everything is delivered.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
Orders ship directly from our warehouse in Auckland
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
All orders are shipped on a Signature Required basis
You will receive an email notification that includes the courier tracking number when your order has shipped.
In some instances, courier’s tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.

Please understand that how the various courier companies process packages or schedule deliveries are out of our control.
Please allow additional time for rural deliveries.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us, and we will look into it for you.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us of any issues.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days of receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
